Dato’ Loy Teik Ngan has been a Director of Holiday Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd since 1997 and has served as Chairman since 2020. In 2024, he assumed an executive role to lead the company. Dato’ Loy is also the Executive Chairman of the Taylor’s Education Group. Additionally, he serves as the current Chairman of Family Business Network Asia and is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
Chew Hong joined Holiday Tours in 2000. With more than 30 years of experience in the travel industry, he is in charge of the company’s supply chain, partnerships, corporate operations, consumer travel as well as ICT. His passion, commitment and loyalty to the company has profoundly contributed to its growth and success.
Amy joined Holiday Tours in 2020. She started her career in the hotel industry as an account assistant, from there she worked her way up to general manager of an 82-room hotel. She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Jennifer joined Holiday Tours in 2022. She is a seasoned HR professional with a commitment to crafting purposeful and enriching employee experiences. With a background in industrial and organisational psychology, Jennifer is instrumental in designing and implementing strategies aimed at cultivating a positive workplace culture, and driving organisational success.
Jasper joined Holiday Tours in 2022. With over a decade of experience in both audit practice and commercial business support, his expertise spans various aspects of finance and management. His MBA from Victoria University provided him with valuable insights and skills to excel in his field. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Shin joined Holiday Tours in 2021 with a background in advertising and communication design. With 19 years of experience across advertising, marketing, e-commerce, and retail, she drives marketing initiatives across brand, product, customer experience, and digital platforms. She also oversees product experience & development, enhancing travel offerings and growth.
Jacqueline joined Holiday Tours in 2000, bringing 32 years of experience in the travel industry. She has demonstrated a deep passion for customer service, consistently working to enhance the customer experience and ensure client satisfaction. Her leadership prioritises the importance of customer relationships and the quality of service.

Lison joined Holiday Tours in 2011, bringing over 31 years of experience in customer service and the travel industry. She excels in developing strategic solutions, driving transformational change and enhancing customer experiences. With expertise in programme development and data management, Lison collaborates effectively to optimise travel programmes, achieve key milestones and ensure timely project delivery.
May joined Holiday Tours in 2022, bringing 20 years of combined experience in Marketing Technology, Tourism E-Commerce, and as a Corporate Travel Specialist. Leveraging her expertise, she drives technological innovation, strengthens airline partnerships, and enhances operational efficiency, delivering exceptional value to clients and partners.
Jaston joined Holiday Tours in 2018, driven by his passion for travel and a deep commitment to the industry. Since graduating, he has devoted his entire career to the travel sector. With a proactive approach and collaborative spirit, Jaston focuses on creating meaningful travel experiences while building strong relationships with clients and partners.
