Senior Executive – Client Acquisition

Job Role & Purpose The Senior Executive – Client Acquisition involves in developing strategies to attract and secure new clients. The individual will be responsible to identifying target markets and build relationships with HTT clients. This role will report to Senior Manager, Corporate Travel – Client Acquisition.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement client acquisition plans to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new company prospects, emerging trends, and potential clients through proactive outreach efforts (hunting).
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in market.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing, to ensure a seamless and
    effective client onboarding experience.
  • Manage all client-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and onboarding forms,
    ensuring all paperwork accuracy and timely processing.
  • Scheduling meetings, coordinating communications, and managing documentation workflows.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on objectives and strategies.
  • Implement strategies to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, offering feedback and
    recommendations to senior management.
  • Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
  • Assist in trade shows and customer events (e.g., MAS Travel Fair, MATTA Fair, etc.).
  • Collaborates cross functionally on projects when required.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the corporate travel industry.
  • Proven track record of building and growing a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.
