Job Role & Purpose
  • We are seeking a proactive Executive – ICT who is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, security, and compliance. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to drive impactful solutions and deliver exceptional service. This role encompasses system maintenance, technical support, enforcement of IT policies, and coordination of IT projects to align with organisational goals.
Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure all computer systems, including hardware, software, and network connectivity, are always fully operational.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company’s technology assets, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, SQL, door access systems, alarm systems, VMWare servers, and telephony systems (e.g., FocalScope).
  • Ensure the security and availability of the company’s IT assets through proactive monitoring and safeguarding measures.
  • Manage and monitor anti-virus systems to ensure effective protection against threats.
  • Implement and uphold IT policies to ensure compliance with PCI DSS standards.
  • Conduct relevant IT training sessions for staff to improve technical proficiency.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of IT projects, including new cloud-based systems.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain accurate documentation for IT systems and procedures.
  • Configure and maintain Fortinet Firewalls, antivirus software, and other security tools to ensure robustprotection.
  • Design and implement LAN and WAN network configurations in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to routers, switches, wireless devices, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Install and configure Windows Servers, Windows 11 PCs, and other IT equipment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information, adhering to PCI DSS requirements.
  • Provide IT support for trade shows and events such as MAS Travel Fair, roadshows, and MATTA.
  • Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Certification in Microsoft 365 is highly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and the Microsoft ecosystem is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent service orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the travel industry and destinations, including popular attractions, accommodations, transportation options, and travel trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively, actively listen to their needs, and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Competent in online booking systems and software, as well as general computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer inquiries and travel bookings simultaneously.
  • Passionate about learning and possessing a growth mindset, demonstrating positivity and proactiveness.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
